i think you grow out of more the older you get, some people are just more jealous than others, when i was younger i was always jealous because i always dated guys that i couldn't trust, find someone that you trust that might help, and good luck I haven't been able to do that yet myself, but atleast i don't get as jealous anymore, if figure if they are going to cheat then they are going to cheat and there is nothing i can do about it, if they want to leave me then just leave, who wants a cheating liar in your life anyway

Your questioning yourself about it this is a very good start, now take a little bit more time and examine your action/reaction to jealousy.
Jealousy is all about control and power either your reacting or acting to the feeling(s) of/to someone feeling out of control emotionally.
You've learned it now know it then stop it.

First tell me are you meaning dealing with being a jealous person yourself or are you referring to dealing with others in your life who have problems with jealousy...?
