Well, try to be optimistic - maybe she had a really bad hang over and slept in really late. Maybe her cel phone battery was dead and she didn't know you were calling.

try to see if she's safe by contacting all her friends/family that u know of.....is she mad at u? Did u guys have some kind of argument before she left? If so maybe she just wants her space, give her a while. On the other hand if that was not the case, pop over her friends house and see what's up. If she's not there, and still not answering her phone, then I would worry about her cheating or being missing. And don't listen to that bullshit excuse of the "cell phone died" I'm pretty sure her friend has a phone and there are payphones everywhere

I'm probably going to get some bashing about my answer but here it goes anyway.
When a spouse spends a night away from home, (not counting business trips, funerals, hospital stays, etc.) it usually means they are meeting up with some member of the opposite sex, and cheating. What excuse can she give you for avoiding your call? I dont avoid calls from loved ones. Do you? She is obviously up to no good!! If she loved you, why would she even want to spend one night away from you? She isnt a school girl, going to a slumber party. Look, do not be home when she decides to return. You couldnt possibly want the sloppy seconds from some unknown male, would you? Wise up, dont stay with a cheating spouse, Respect yourself and leave. Best luck to you and there are many women out there that would love to be with a man like you. Thank you!!

Call her friends house or go over there. If you can't get a hold of her by phone and she isn't there if you go over, go back home and wait. You can't file a missing person's report for 48 hours. If she still isn't home within 48 hours call the police, but I'm sure she'll be home eventually. Her cell phone probably died on her. Good luck.

good interest kicking that little f'er out. No newborn is worth that lots and if certainly one of my 7, confident 7, childrens have been to act like that they had get a beating an a see you later, have relaxing on the streets. while he comes crawling lower back and ultimately begs for forgiveness permit him in, yet tell him issues are gonna replace in spite of if he likes it or not in any different case he can bypass away lower back. and don't blame him for smoking pot. he's sixteen dont tell me you probably did not once you have been that age. i became like a god darn chimney while i became sixteen. yet this is my opinion. difficult love, the only actual style.

perhaps call her friends house line? Maybe she set her phone down somewhere or maybe it died. When women get together they often end up talking and such until pretty late at night. She might be really tired and slept really late.
Other than that, you might drive over there and see if she is still there. If not, file a missing person's report.

Well she seems to have some explaining to do! I would try calling her freinds house maybe even going over there. If that does not work call the jails and maybe the hospitals if you are worried. Maybe she just got drunk and is still passed out.

Give her time to take a shower. Do you want her smelling like pig when she comes home ? Maybe all she needed was to have some time away from things at home.

Have you tried to contact anyone to see if she is safe?
Has she been in an accident or did she just stay with a
female friend since she wasn't able to drive home?

hmm...... sounds like your relationship is in trouble. Why did she leave in the first place? Big fight? Needed some space? Went to a party?
