Different for every woman but its usually the entire breast on the side a lot of times. Your nipples will also be very sensitive when touched. u will not want anyone to come near your breasts. On other hand though some women do not even get breast tenderness. I never got it with my first baby. But I got it all over with my second.good luck!

If an egg was fertilized, implantation (when the embryo implants to the lining of your uterus) happens, on average, about 7 days past ovulation. It can happen as early as five days past ovulation or as late as twelve days past ovulation.

Early signs of Pregnancy:

Nausea/vomiting
Headache
Food cravings
Heightened sense of smell
Missed period
Backache
Crampy
Extreme fatigue
Tender/swollen breasts and/or nipples
Frequent trips to the bathroom

These signs can appear as soon as implantation or anytime after, each woman is different! Some women have all of these, some have a few and some women don't have any signs.
Good Luck!

I truly were experiencing severe breast tenderness because 4 weeks pregnant, i'm now 19 wks. i found that wearing a good help bra helps and also warmth bathes helps to assuage the aches and not in any respect laying abdomen down as your putting extra rigidity on them.

It all hurts. My nipples didn't really hurt at all, at least not until I started breastfeeding. Enjoy the signs of pregnancy, there's more to come!

You can hurt all the way down to your arm pit. Your milk ducts are in your arm pits, so you can have pain all over. When your milk drys up, you'll be so swollen it hurts to move your arms. Good luck!
