I started using "Bare Minerals" a few months ago and I really like all of it. You have to mail order it and it is kinda pricey but it's worth it. They make a brush-less mascara that is wonderful. And they do NOT test on critters.

Lipsmackers (the lip gloss brand) does not test on animals. I believe that if you look on the container of the product you're using it often says if the company does not. I'm pretty sure that the PETA website has a listing, also. (www.peta2.org)
Good Luck, I'm glad you care about animals enough to ask! ;)
