tears in heaven by eric clapton and most of green day songs are pretty easy to play...
the best guitar songs are probably by joe satriani and steve vai but there the hardest songs to play...
red hot chilli peppers songs are good
and i think that wonderwall is also pretty easy to play if your good at guitar..
