if you have an email account with them and want access to the server - click the first link and enter your user name and password. if not - then click the second link and you can set up email accounts on that control panel and web space! the third link is to the website I set up using the webspace from my ISP! So if you manage to activate your webspace as well as setting up a few email accounts and would like a website - then go to my site and have a look around - click the advertisements! Email me for help! The address is at the bottom of the page. that has to be a top answer - it's bloody brilliant and I'm English! LOL

out going is usually something like smtp.myprovider.co.uk and incoming is usually either pop.myprovider.co.uk or pop3.myprovider.co.uk
There are different ones around though but it wont hurt to try those.
(obviously replace myprovider.co.uk with your ISP)

Your internet service provider will tell you what the server names are. You can check their website the info is usually there.
