ok ok everyday i used black eyeliner both upper and lower lids. somehow it makes my eyes nicer.. so when i never wear eyeliner, to me its ok but everyone commented that i was sick and my sister say without the eyeliner my eyes are horrible and look dead... i wanna try to stop using eyeliner and at the same time make my eyes glow not dead looking. what can i do.. tried using white eyeshadow it just got worst

You could use eyeshadow as an eyeliner. It enhances your eyes the same way. I would use the darker colored shadows for the liner and then use the lighter shades of shadow on your lids.

I personally like to use three different shades of eyeshadow but yet they still blend together and compliment each other. The way I do it is start out with the lightest color. Put it all over your eye lid. Next take the middle color and kind of outline the bottom half of your eyelashes and in the crese of your eye. So now you should have lighter color on top and a little darker color on the bottom. Next take your darkest color and go right along the edge of your eyelashes and do in the corner of your eye. Just try and make everything blend together. Last I like to take the lightest color and put under my eyes just enough to make it shimmer.
That is what I do. Its alot easier to show than to try and explain. I would just play around with some eyeshadows and figure out what you like and what you think looks best.

Seriously,the Avril hot topic eyeliner application is way out of style.
It's the lower lid with all that eyeliner that gives one
racoon eyes.Go lighter on it.
Go to Sephora,find a saleslady whose makeup you like and ask her how to apply what maekup etc.
The best thing to do for your eyes,is drink a lot of water,rest them frequently and stay away from drugs or alcohol.

get some HIP eye shadows. There bright and last all day. Or if you want to try something from UK, try POP beauty from Sephora.com or her sisters company PIXI, both are bright colors that won't make you look like a clown, but vibrant and pretty.
I am not tan at all, or wear eyeliner ever and from using HIP colors from Lorel or from POP beauty I have done wonderful photography work and used on myself when not for work.

Only line your top lash line and use Maybelline XXL Volume and Length mascara. This mascara gives you 5x the length and volume. It opens up your eyes and makes them look amazing! Try using gold or bronze eyeshadow for blue eyes, Pinks and browns for green, and greens for browns.

Skip eyeliner completely and use a jet-black, voluminous mascara.
Mascara is like a bra for your eyes- it lifts and separates and no eyeliner can do that.

try going for brown rather than black, then people wont notice as much when you don't wear any.
