How about a laundry or storage basket filled with all of the things that "go away" (like stain remover, Dreft, bath products, wipes, diapers, bottle liners, sippie cups, disposable bibs etc.) This was my favorite girft of all of my baby showers.

Well if she already has 2 girls, chances are she wont need any clothes, blankets and crib items...See if she is registered anywhere(you can look up the registry online to save time)pick something off of the registry. Maybe she needs a new double stroller, always need diapers and wipes, a new high chair, updated baby carseat? These are all things that she might need replaced or bought. A baby record book is always a good gift since each child would need their own, or even a scrapbook and scrapbooking supplies to get mom started. You could get the lil one a baby bracelet or a new diaper bag for her belongings...or even a nursing pillow for mom(if she is nursing)!

Is there a dollar store near by? You would be suprised what you can find there and it is of good quality. New parents always need stuff like diaper rash cream, lotion, shampoo, and they can never get to many socks. Stuff like that and it will not cost much at a dollar store. Maybe even you could find a small basket there and put the goodies in it. They could always use the basket to store stuff in. Good Luck!

I agree with the person who said give a basket of assorted things. Diapers, wipes, bottles/liners, baby soap, diaper rash cream, etc would all be welcomed I'm sure. Also you could get an outfit or two (esp if she knows the gender) - but get clothes for older babies. I'm sure she is overrun with newborn clothes, and will need things for when the baby outgrows them!

If you're low on money - how about a photo album or picture frame? Since she's already had two children previously, she more than likely doesn't need more baby stuff.

They sure didn't give you much notice!
A goody basket with diapers, baby bath, lotion, wipes, etc, is always good because these are things that will be used everyday and you can never have too many!

Are you opposed to babysitting? Because a certficate that you can make up yourself, for an hour of babysitting may be the best gift she gets all day.
