My grandma talks in her sleep often. Sometimes it is so bad that it wakes her up. But when we ask her about it she says shes not really sleeping she is "just about to dose off". For example when we were on our flight yesterday from florida she looked like she was sleeping but then she started saying things and she woke up. Also when we try to wake her up she is such a "heavy sleep" that she doesn't wak uo. This is not a serious question but I would like to know and so would my grandma, so no dumg answers please.

i agree with the answer above me. dreams are just a manifestation of your real life worries and occurences. i know that when i get really stressed out, i talk a LOT more in my sleep, and not always in english, which can really freak out my roommate.

i talk in my sleep and have since i was a child. i do not know when i am doing it and if your grandma does it while sleeping, she does not know and when you ask her she says she was almost asleep, it is her way to answer you that she can figure, she is not sure what to say.........
