Why do Libs claim that conservatives a racistst? They're not. In all other arenas, Liberals mess up the economy etc etc. If we make healthcare public, the quality of it will go down. ANYONE WHO NEEDS TREATMENT GETS IT IN THIS COUNTRY. You don't want to destroy the quality of care just because you want to redistribute the cost. Democrats don't understand that.

Oh yes, we get the best personalized treatment ever at an emergency room. But then (maybe) we can go to one of those free doctors who will accept a patient without insurance. How many of those have you been to? Wonder how many people in this great country had DIED because the medical attention they needed or the prescriptions they needed cost more money than they could afford? If you are one of the people who think a person never has to make a decision between eating, having a place to live,paying their bills or going to a doctor, try opening your eyes.

I feel that conservatism is better because it shows a path of progression that has worked in the past. Though we are facing problems with our economy and what not it will indeed recover. Conservatives learn from their mistakes and try to correct them. Libs try to blaze a new path without looking and land in quicksand.
I feel that a group of people that would favor a dribble of endangered ants over the people's needs are in the wrong. If you would rather favor ants, trees and all that junk over your fellow man you obviously have wrong intentions.

I. Why do you claim all liberals say conservatives are racist? As a proud liberal I don't recall saying this.
Ii. How can you say liberals hurt the economy when Bush has generated a trillion dollar debt?
Iii. You're listening to the insurance lobby too much. The quality of our healthcare system is poor already...so socializing it could not possibly hurt it anymore. The American taxpayer already pays for socialized healthcare for Iraqis, American politicians and those in the military.
If it is working for our politicians, who aren't lacking any loss in quality of care from this, then it can work for the rest of us.

In many areas I would say yes, whereas a true liberal view is welcome in debate.
My concerns are that true liberalism died about 15 years ago and what is masquarading as liberalism is in fact socialism, which is 100% bad.
So yes and no, but definitely in congress liberals of today should be watched closely.

I think I am better than most liberals.
It's the Gop running Black canidate for Gov. in PA & Ohio, Mr Steele in MD for Senate. And even had A Philipina running in the NV primary. Drives Dems nuts. See Michelle Malkins blog post about oreos 2 weeks ago.

They are better only in their minds.The way some people think is mind boggling. Everyone should have health insurance and if you can afford better pay for it.
You ***** about the cost of everything all the time, well how many people without insurance go to the er and dont pay the bill, what do you think that does eh? Just pass a ******* health care bill for this nations citizens and alot of problems would go away.

Of course! It's not conservatives who're more concerned about the rights of terrorists than American babies. Conservatives don't have to rant and rave like pre-schoolers to get their point across, something liberal figureheads like Howard Dean, Al Gore and Hillary Clinton have yet to learn how to do.

Sometimes conservatives have the best approach, and sometimes there is a need for change, that's where the Liberals are at their best. So If you are satisfied and see no need for change, stick with the conservatives.

I don't know about better, but most conservatives I have seen have a lot more common sense than liberals. They are calmer, too. Stephanie must still have Daddy paying for everything. Twenty bucks when she has to pay her own bills she will start batting for the other team.
