We've is contracted WE HAVE and weave is an art of making clothes out of strings I think you just have to interchange it, if you mean both of you strive hard in learning how to weave .
Unless otherwise WEAVE is her name and she tried hard that the two of you have become presently committed.

The we've should be replaced with weave and vice verse.

weave is the verb as in to weave a basket or weave your hair

we've is the contraction of WE HAVE

Reverse the two words and you're okay! :-)
