easy, assuming that your internet connection(phone, broadband, dsl, adsl) is correctly configured and that you have a connection, and that means that somebody has tried to hijack your browser and your pc/laptop has gained spyware/adware. first, you should run a program like ad-aware to clean out your computer and do a full scan for anything else with either Norton or Mc-afee.
than , assuming that you use the windows os you need to re-load your browser, so first you set your right homepage, go to start>settings>internet options, and check what it says under your homepage, propably some garbage , so delete that and set it new for example:http://www.yahoo.co.uk which would give you the yahoo homepage, also go to microsoft downloads and download the new internet explorer(7 beta), and that should fix it,
a couple years ago google was active and had this little yokes floating about the internet that would set google as your search engine and i guess you been on a page in the net that has not been updated lately and still had that stuff hidden in some downloads.

google tool bar 2.dll, is a driver.i think.not sure tho.go to search for files and folders and search for it(the exact spelling!is it saying cannot find google toolbar or just saying that alone.

well your on the internet now arent you?
search in the address bar www.google.com. and make it a tool bar.
and if it still comes up with the same message search for drivers on the internet and get that

the driver has probably been moved or deleted.so just try and get it back in the right place

or you can uninstall the google tool bar and install it again by typing the above address.

Click start, go to control panel, uninstall programs and uninstall the Google toolbar and then download and reinstall the new one. if that file isn't un-installed search for it - when you find it move it to your desktop and try to delete it. If it won't delete - try to find the program it's associted with and delete that - if that won't delete - right click your toolbar - bring up task manager and click processes - then find the process and click end process - stop a program running - even a virus and you can delete the bugger!
