One that is noisy, dirty, inconsiderate, dumps trash, doesn't cover his garbage, etc. I know this sounds petty, but the daily grind gets tiring.

that does not sound petty. i would call the city hall and tell them and they will gave you the right numbers to call.and if other neighbors smell it or have to see garbage you need to get them invould to and he will get fined. there is something you can do. don't take it in your own hands. do it the legal way.

Why are you even exciting it then? You're giving them meals and 'borrowing' cash, I believe even I could preserve on coming again for 'freebies'. What you have got to do is to begin with inform those humans to 'kindly leave' the following time they knock at your door, and as for the noise and distruption, name the noise patrol. That's what they are there for. You have got to be merciless to be style! After all, what'll occur if you do not? You and the leisure of your neighbours are going to have alot of sleepless nights! Good Luck.

Be nice to them, and take them to church with you.

I was going to say try to ignore them , but if all these things are going on you can't.Have you tried talking to this person. Does he/she own the property near you or rent. If this person rents you can try talking to their landlord about all the things that are bothering you . That is if you already talked to him/her about it and they keep doing it.But if this person is into retaliation you could be opening up a can of worms that you really didn't want to. The only thing I can say is try to talk to this person and let them know your concerns . Good luck!

Move. That's the only solution I can see. If he is that inconsiderate I doubt it will help to talk to him.

From the word "garbage", I assume you are a resident of the USA (God bless them). You DO have gun shops there, don't you? I know what I would do in your situation...
