you have bacteria that going up into the urethra. After relations, you should urinate as soon as possible to flush out any bacteria. Showering would also be adviseable. I'm not saying that as soon as he's done you have to scramble for the shower. Some women are more prone thatn others. Yeast infections are different. This is complicated so I'll try to keep it simple.
When you get a yeast infection and you take anitbiotics or use the cream, you kill ALL the bacteria in there. But...you are also killing the GOOD bacteria that keeps the bad bacteria in check. So, in a sense you are starting from scratch and making that area very prone to re-infection. Once you get rid of the infection, you are having relations again and introducing more bacteria and starting another cycle of treatment. Ask your pharmacist or health food/vitamin store about getting "pro-biotics" to maintain yourself. This may put a stop to the endless cycle of treatment your body is in.

You need to pee and clean up down there after intercourse. Sometimes while having sex, bacteria from around the anus migrates towards your urethra (pee hole) and the vagina, causing infections. Your best bet is to not have anal sex, and then have vaginal sex right afterwards. Also you need to pee after sex. If you keep getting vaginal infections, treat the guy you are having sex with too. He may keep reinfecting you. For the UTI's, drink a glass of cranberry juice (not cocktail!), and cut down on sugars (which stimulate both the bacteria and the yeast). And drink lots of water. If it's still a problem, see your doctor to rule out why you've been getting them too often.

You need to pee as soon after intercourse as you can - your urethra gets a lot of friction during sex, and bacteria gets pushed in, peeing will flush it out again. While you're on antibiotics for the UTI, you should be having probiotics to prevent the yeast infection - eating a lot of live culture yogurt (acidophilus and bifidus) can help.

you might have other problems there, for one, you being a female puts you at risk of acquiring UTI since your urethra are smaller and the chances of ascending infections are greater. So I suggest that after stimulation from whatever means, and after the sex itself, try urinating, it'll help you flush out the bacteria that is making way up. and keep the area dry because I think you can't get yeast infection from sexual intercourse.

You need to urinate after you have sexual intercourse. Lubricants from condoms can infect your urinary tract.
