Take it outside and put it on a concrete slab, get a sledgehammer and hit it hard a few times, then take it to your local police station and hand it in, you will feel so much better about yourself. and whats more you will be a man my son.

I take it you have an Airsoft Spring Remington 870 Pump Shotgun
Probably the best thing for general maintenance is teflon spray.
Someone is always selling a can on ebay, if you can't get any locally.
Don't go playing with this new toy of yours in the street or even infront of a window without drawing the curtains as some trigger happy cop is sure to letting loose in your direction with a darn sight more than a BB.
As for john b's response I have to say that whilst I do not like the whole airsoft toy senario they remain just that, toys. If you have such feelings over firearms then at least know what you are making such strongly negative comments about. Read the question, do some research then comment. The most deadly thing about an Airsoft toy is the fact that it can get you killed (by an armed response unit!)

Two things your best bet is dont get it fixed, the second is a bit of friendly advice, if you keep it dont be stupid enough to use it in public ex friends of mine are doing time cause they decided to play with their B.B guns outside the police are having a crack down on gun crime even if yours isnt the real thing you could end up dead, the police have a shoot first think later approach to gun criminals.
