I'm wanting to turn the start up tone off so i can txt in school but i just dont know how to do it. I dont have the manual so idk. I have searched for hours looking for that question on the internet but nothing. Well, the only thing i found was a virus. Please help me.

Every time it starts up, you can either tap end or wait til the right moment.Otherwise, this is no actual turning off of the tone.

If your phone is on silent before you turn off the phone.. and then you turn it on, it woun't make the tone, and the phone will start up automatically on silent.
