I have been working in a hotel for about 1 year and 5 months and now I am looking to move on to other places like America, Australia or even somewhere on an Island. I am a very quick learner and a bubbly personality. Is there any website I can visit and find a job quick I would like to stay in the same line of Business.

it is easy to get temporary work in hotels if you have experience. just look at the hotel you work at, are there foriegn workers? ask them what travelling from hotel to hotel is like, worldwide.
The Hilton hotel in aucks is like that, heaps of nationalities there. they work for a year then move on.
wherever you go, if you have your CV, and decent references from your bosses, you will land on your feet everytime.
