As everyone else has suggested lemonade is great. Always recommended by my doctor.
Also make sure she stays hydrated.
If she gets too dehydrated it can make the symptoms much worse so keep drinking water, even if shes still being sick!
And dont eat for 24 hours after the last vomit!
Hope she feels better soon.

The best thing is to boil the kettle. Let the water cool down to room temperature then have her take sips of it. Cooled boiled water is good for the stomach when it's not well.

Have her drink Sprite or 7up. It has carbonation which will make her burp and get out the gases in her stomach that may be causing discomfort. That's what my mom always gave me when I had upset stomach and it always made it feel better.

hey. i just had the stomach flu, and i can relate with you that pain in the stomach is the WORST feeling ever! you should buy these little things called TUMS, they calm down your stomach when it feels all bubbly and sick. pepto-bismol is disgusting, but helps. also, sip little amounts of 7up, it balances the acid in your stomach. hope this helps, babe, i wish you luck, i know how much it hurts!
