Get it from somewhere else. Walgreens is good for candy and cards and disposable cameras, but not for really good electronics.

How does it look? If it's black and white and pretty small made by a company called Audio solutions I wouldn't recommended it if you want to hold like 100 songs. If we're talking about the same one I think I have it and it doesn't hold a lot of music. It's of good quality otherwise though. The sound comes in clear and it's really easy to use ,it only takes one AAA battery to run it and that lasts pretty long.

You can, I'm not sure how long it's going to last. I have a target discman that I bought and it plays mp3s. it works well enough for me to use while working out, but it skips a lot and freezes. It suggest getting it at a place where they are going to be ablet o offer some sort of warranty. This way your protect your investment. just a suggestion! =)

depending how long you are going to use it and for what. If it's something you want to use for along time, I'd invest in an ipod or something with a longer warranty. If it's only short term, then go for it!

the price sounds about right depending on the manufacturer, research it on the web, make sure it comes with software.
