Unless you know someone on the inside, i dont think you easily can.

If they were listed on the stock exchange, this would be disclosed.

What you could do is get the next set of listed accounts from companies house. Depending on how the deal was financed and the size of the company, you may be able to the info you need from those.

It may be some time (at worst between 12 and 21 months) before these accounts are filed. If you are very lucky you may only have to wait 3 - 6 months.

probably the newspaper, or wall street journal, or have the library search it for you, or the tax department in the city where the company was.
