I cannot believe someone gave me thumbs down for my answer. Whats wrong with it. I was the first one to explain how to get the answer not just give the answer. Kinda hoping to inform the asker HOW I got the answer and that way they would be able to put any fraction into a decimal. The steps were correct. You take the bottom number and divide it INTO the top. Thumbs down... bah!

To find the decimal equivalent of a fraction, just divide the top number by the bottom number. In this case, 4 divided by 5 = 0.8
