If you are using Internet explorer - go to tools - the pull down at the top of the page. click Internet options and then at the top should be the address of your Home page. If not type it in and click OK. Or if you type in the address manually - then click current while you are on the page. The other problem could be there is a pop up on the page and you have a pop up blocker. I lost my email for 6 months due to a pop up on Tiscali's email page - plus a useless mail server that wouldn't POP3. I left Tiscali. The pop up blocker was Norton in that case - another piece of ****.
