Are Black QB's better than White QB's?

i agree that white QBS tend to be smarter in the running of the offense and controlling the game. while black QBS tend to be more athletic and therefore are more independent in running the show because they can be spontaneous. but that athletic ability tha was an asset in college is usually a liability in the nfl where you are dealing with grown men with big egos. no one likes a showboat when there is money on the table. that is why black qbs have a shorter lifespan in the nfl than do whites. also alot of black nfl players spend too much time chasing white women and smoking crack. look at mike vick. he is a multi millionare that still wants to act and dress like a thug!!! his days in then nfl are numbered. now look at peyton manning. he is well spoken and acts like a professional on and off the field. you cant teach character. you either have it or not. mike vicks brother may have talent, but he doenst have any character either. he is a little thug as well. just my two cents worth!!!!!!!!!!!

the thing with the nfl is some of the black players that played QB when they were in college and high school, are chosen to play different positions like RB or WR. examples are tomlinson and antwaan randle el. we will never know if they had stayed QB's if they would have had great careers, but they seem to have great careers at the positions they now play. most of all, it's the talent of a teams offensive line that shows a QB's true abilities. if peyton had a terrible o-line, he would have never passed for 49 touchdowns, and hardly anybody would be talking about him. to be really great you have to have a great team around you. it doesn't have anything to do with race

I am not too sure about this one. I was thinking that it might be true, but if you watched the Gators vs Tigers yesterday you would have seen Tebow (white) run his *** off and make some pretty brilliant plays while their starting QB Leak (black) didn't get much of anything done.

I don't think it really matters. Every quarterback is different, and it doesn't totally depend on skin color. But there are more white quarterbacks in the NFL. And the 2 best QB's right now are Peyton Manning and Rex Grossman, both white.

black quarter backs can run better because they cant think fast enough to read the defense, white quarterbacks throw better b/c they are usually smarter at reads
