I have a red spot in my nose it really really hurts how can i get rid of it quick?

Toothpaste...leave it on and it dries up the spot completely...

Thats a ingrown pimple. U cannot do anything about it unfortunately. Just leave it alone and was your fgace really well. Apply some alcohol or salycilic acid to it that can be found in face astrigents. do not try to pop it because that will make it worse. U will have to wait until it develops into a white head then u will be able to pop it to clean it out.

you can put an ice cube on it for a while, and it should reduce the size and redness! then jst cover it over with some conceler!
