How can i tell if a program i want 2 download on Limewire/Frostwire isnt a virus?

Scan it with any anti-virus software you may have. If you don't have any, then you may be able to tell by the size. For example a song file that is usually an avg. size of 3,750 kb may be 114kb, which is obviously not a song file.
