In South America, there is a tiny fish that will enter the urethera and become lodged there. This requires the use of a cystoscope to remove it. In other areas, leeches have been known to enter the urethera. One of the heirs of a Scotch-whiskey company served in Malaya during the communist uprisings there, used to take a large supply of condoms with him to protect himself in the jungles. I have spent many years in the jungles of Southeast Asia and taken care of thousands of patients but not one of them had developed uretheritis or an infection from being in polluted water...contaminated or infected reflects that bacteria have been introduced, but polluted reflects that that the water has the bacteria as a known pathogen. However, if a wound exists, it is possible for you to become infected. Technically, to have parasites enter the body and cause trouble is an infestation, but from bacteria, fungi or virus it is an infection.

If you mean can they do this while you are urinating into a toilet, no. If you mean can they do that while you are swimming in an infected river? Yes.

Please don't use baby words. If you mean is it possible to introduce a parasite into the urinary tract from (swimming in??) contaminated water than I would say yes.

if you think they'll climb up while urinating, then no, it isn't true, however if you're bathing in a lake, river, etc, they might get in to your swimsuit, pants, etc and get in your genitals....
