How to enable outgoing calls in computer?

Question

When making a call through yahoo chat or skype, i'm able to hear the other person's voice, but my voice is not heard on the other side. My microphone is working fine. Looks like this is some windows security setup. Can someone pls help

check ur outgoing call settings
