wat up grades should i put in it iam gonna put a flowmaster muffler and somone said put a cold air intake but want else should i put in it

If you have a catalytic converter in the exhaust system, get rid of it and put a straight pipe in its place; remember this is technical illegal. The muffler will help, and so will better air breathing. Aside from that, you are getting into some real money. Just be safe and careful with that power!

OK you want 200HP or you want it to go 200 MPH if you want 200 MPH read the owners manual that car is designed for old people, it will vaporize at 130 POOF! You have too much weight in the beast to make it fast. Tha is why it has a 5.0, to pull the beast from a stop.
