US has 99 yr lease on Gitmo from UK. When is the 99 yrs up?

The Americans have been there since 1898, so if it was a 99 year lease they have been there too long.

The UK is not involved in any way. It was a deal with Spain. I'm not to sure it was a 99 yr lease either.
