They are both good actors, in my opinion. I do prefer the movies John Travolta chooses to star in to those that Steven Seagal does.

If Steven Seagal wasn't such an egotist I MIGHT pick him, but not very likely because John Travolta is a MUCH better actor by FAR!!! Some of his older stuff was so-so, but he has matured into a very fine actor.
