It means "I like you." because Je means "I" t' is an attachment that really is "tu" which means "you", but informally. And "aime" is the stem of the verb "aimer" which means "to like". And when there is a prefix in front of a verb or whatever it basicly switches the prefix and the verbs place. So, "Je t'aime" means "I like you"
and to everyone who said it means "I love you" , that would be "Je t'adore" Just to clear that up.
