Yes, A lack of energy until your muscles and body get it back together. It affects your mind a bit too so try not to let it get you down. You'll learn your limit and try to get right up to it next time. Eat enough good foods for your body to replensih what you burn from it also.

You over work your muscles. That is the reason why you should on exercise 3 times a week, or do biceps 1 day, abs next day, legs next day, shoulders next, then finish with chest.

yeah.... i do it all the time, makes me feel drained.......... i also get over excited and don't warm up properly.... so i have had a series of torn ligaments.... muscle tears.....ankle damage etc....... every time i do it i kick myslef for not learnin the last time..... last time, i rolled my ankle tore muscle tissue in my foot... it went black and swelled within seconds....... and it has never been quite the same since..... dumb dumb dumb......
