She is going to be 16, but it's not an official sweet 16. It's luau themed and we're not suppossed to wear white (because waterbaloons are going to be involved)! Also, how should I wear my hair? It is blonde, wavy, but is evry easily straightened or curled. Hair up or down? HELP!!!

Wear a printed swim suit top(and bottoms if you want!) with a shirt that has one of the colors on it. Pull your shirt down to wear you can see the swim suit straps and know its there. With some jean shorts or a jean skirt. Pin your bangs back with 2 bobby-pins then divide it in the middle the rest of the way and braid it in cute messy braids. You could even throw on a cowboy hat! :] Hope you have fun!!

i would wear things that u can play in because it sounds like there is a lot of physical activity involved. As for your hair, i would put it up and keep it wavy. Try to tie it up w/ like a hawaiian themed hair band. Have fun at the party!

I would wear a denim skirt, possibly over black leggings. I would layer a shrug or a cropped jacket over a tank top, in case it gets warm. I would pull your hair back into a low pony tail at the nape of your neck. If it gets wet, at least it's away from your face and you won't look like a drowned rat.

wear a cute bathing suit with a hula skirt. and wear your hair like a low side pony tail. you can straighten it but there's not really a point if it's just gonna get wet. =]

oh yea wear it up so if you are attacked by water balloons your hair wont frizz up it will just stay the same.... because you know as well as i do, that if your hair is straightened or curled and it gets wet.... its going to look horrible.... id wear a grass skirt, and a bikini.... if i had the body

Wear something cute but confortable and no white... maybe pink and put yr hair up then if its windy its out of yr eyes... and also if u get wet yr hair doesnt friz...
