E, working with Congress. LBJ was a congressional "insider" who had the goods on his colleagues. He knew how to "work" the system.

I also think Johnson had something to do with Kennedy's death. Ever notice they had a FEDERAL judge on the plane when Johnson took the Oath of Office. How convenient.
Kennedy didn't want us in Vietnam,but Johnson had already made commitments to his buddies with promises of making millions in military contracts for supplying the troops.

I know Johnson was successful working with Congress because he was able to bully people into going along with him. b. is incorrect because the Vietnam war escalated during his presidency.

I totally disagree i think Johnson wanted to be president so bad that he was behind Kennedy's assassination. Anybody else agree with me?
