80s fashion?

My school is having dress up days for homecoming week. One day is "Decade Day", and a group of us want to wear 1980s themed clothing.Any suggestions about clothing, accessories, or make up?

A thing that would be easy to get right now would be a jean skirt with leggings...then get a big bright colored t shirt....it would be cool if you could wear it off the shoulder with a wife beat underneath...they wore big bangly jewelry and for hair, they wore ponytails to the side. Makeup- they wore a lot and wore funky colors! Have fun with it, its pretty easy!
Oh and a fanny pack to top it off would be awesome!

curl your hair up so it's puffy, but not out of control. wear bright red lip stick, a cute skirt, a bright polo with a darker shirt over it, a big necklace and matching bracelet, and the finishing touch.. hoop earrings =]
