1)oral saying
2)cut a cake and say happy bday
3)messaging
4)emailing
5)kiss and wish happy bday
6)hug and say happy bday
7)go for a long drive and then wish happy bday
8)hmmmmmm u can even irritate a person so that the person is emotially down and then come back with a gft saying happ bday

in greek we have a lot of ways to wish for someones bithday

polihronos:you wish a person to live many more years
xiliohronos:you wish a person to live a thousand years
hronia polla:you wish a person to live many more years
na ta ekatostisis:you wish a person to live a hundred years
na ta hiliaseis:you wish a person to live a thousand years

those are a few of the wishes we use,
