The admin account is built in and can't be deleted. It was there before you installed anything as it gets set up during the Windows install.
Only have one account besides and no password and it will start directly. You can also set it to log to any account automatically with TweakUI - free from Microsoft here: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx

You can delete the administrator if you have another account which has administrator rights and you are logged on as that account.

You cant delete it, it is there as a safety thing. You can set the admin account so it wont display and you can set your account to automatically log in

change the admin account to be used by you. remove the password and make sure it's the only account on the computer. that should do it. OR make your account to have admin rights, name it as you wish and then log in to your account, remove the password on your account, delete the admin and restart.
