first off, ive been very very worried i was prego. my time was coming around and a few days late i started to feel like i was going to have my period. about 1/2 week after i should have started i still felt like i was starting, but only found blood when i wiped, then as the day continued i had a light flow. the next day, the bleeding seemed completely normal except for when i pee. ive been bleeding substantially when i pee, and it seems a little bit darker as well. ive also been having severe menstrual cramps and some back pain.

You may have been pregnant, and have had a spontaneous miscarriage.
You may have just had a late period, which sometimes can be marked by heavy bleeding.
If you are peeing blood, that might be from a bladder infection, too.
Any of these things should cause you at least to see your doctor--if there has been a spontaneous abortion there may be parts of the pregnancy still in your uterus, and these may make you liable to major bleeding or infection.

you got stones. get to the emergency room and they will give you a script for pills after you pee(ha ha)in the cup. When I had my kidney/bladder stones, I would pee blood, it knocked me off time with my cycle and hurt like liquid fire in the middle of my pelvis, not poop cramps, not period cramps, not labor pains, something in the middle of me, and it hurt like hell. You will feel better with the prescription and lots of bed rest and water, plenty of water, cause the more you have to get rid of the less it hurts to do so. I hope this helps you. Feel better!

I would go to an ER or a walk in clinic. They will be able to see if you have an infection or what is going on. If you have some back pain that is sometimes a symptom of a kidney infection, and that should not go untreated.

blood from the urinary trac.. and back pain could mean a kidney infection. or you could be having a miscarraige.. or you could have an ectopic pregnancy...GO TO THE DOCTOR! ( A ruptured ectopic pregnancy can kill you if left untreated)
