There is a good chance you had a missed miscarriage, which is a miscarriage that happens so closely to menstruation that most women don't even know they miscarried....as long as oyu continue bleeding for about a week, you're probably ok and don't need a D&C...most women don't need a D&C if they miscarry really early on... make a doctor's appointment to have them run bloodwork this week though so you can know for sure what's going on and sleep well at night...the pregnancy hormone will stay in your bloodstream for up to 3 weeks after a miscarriage...but get in this week for sure anyway...maybe you were just late and stressed, that is ALWAYS a possiblity...early signs of pregnancy for future reference, are premenstrual symptoms...most pregnant women early on feel like they will get their period any minute....1 in 4 pregnancies end in miscarriage, and that's only the ones that are reported....so much more than that even....I miscarried at 6 weeks and am safely into my second trimester this time, but thought I was never going to have kids...keep your head up!

first of all, it's normal to clot or bleed heavier when your peeing. BUT if this isn't normal for you and thought you may have been pregnant, take a pregnancy test to make sure you are not miscarrying a fetus. If your not pregnant and your period is up to no good, start a journal because you will have to tell your gyno about this, and details are hard to recall when a doctor has 100 other women like your self. Their are many reasons why this could be happening, good luck and take some Advil to kill this pain you are experiencing.

you would be able to have been pregnant, and have had a spontaneous miscarriage. you need to have in basic terms had a prior due era, which each and each so often could be marked by potential of heavy bleeding. in case you're peeing blood, that could be from a bladder an infection, too. Any of those issues would desire to reason you a minimum of to work out your physician--if there has been a spontaneous abortion there may be factors of the being pregnant nonetheless on your uterus, and those would make you in possibility of significant bleeding or an infection.

Bleeding, dark urine, cramping, back pain could be symptoms of many different kinds of problems that range from very mild to dreadful. So I think it is best that you see a doctor. Because if we assume that you have this or that then it will only cause you unnecessary anxiety. Go ahead go see your doctor.
Good day!

I do not think that it is a miscarriage at all, I think that you should go get checked for kidney stones, this is what those symptoms sound like to me. I think either way go to the dr.'s and get it checked. It may even be a severe UTI. Good luck!

I think that you might need to go see a gynecologist. There might be something wrong. So people have their period the whole time they are pregnant. But I really think you need to see a gynecologist and get everything checked out.
