3D Farms: What have you been reading? Only thing Brownie ever did before Katrina was pass out money to potential Bush voters in Florida! Brownie is the poster child for incompetence and cronyism.

I feel that Brown took the hit for the failure of the people above him , after all he did run FEMA before Katrina and had no trouble with those hurricanes . not until Homeland Security took over FEAM did we have trouble .
To many people in the works and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing .

Yes, he's doing a great job.
Send some money to New Orleans, so you won't feel guilty.
It will go into corrupt Democrat pockets like other millions of dollars.

No surprise here. Bush has attached signing statements to over 700 signed documents. His signing statements basically say, "I'm signing this with the understanding that it is subject to my interpretation." In other words, "I'll do what I damn-well please and nobody can stop me!"
