There seems no book on Thiru M. Bakthavastala Mudaliar, CM of Madras, better you can try with higginbothams or at Chennai Book fair during Mar - Apr every year.

His best quote ' VISHA KIRUMIGAL PARAVUVADAI KANKINREN' when stepped down as CM of last Congress Govt of Madras State in 1968 when DMK came to power.

M. Bakthavatsalam was the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu from October 2, 1963 to March 6, 1967. He was the last Congress chief minister of Tamil Nadu.
