Unfortunately, given the fact that a man can change his mind at any time during the pregnancy, even when doing so is too late for an abortion, a woman must have the final say.

If the woman doesn't, should could be left caring for the child and with other problems, all for a man who didn't fulfill an obligation he agreed to.

It's a womans final choice because it has to be. The man isn't the one undergoing the physicallities of the pregnancy.

it's your body and you basically can do whatever you want--BUT that father could go legal on you and take you to court--he had a hand in making the baby too so he does have a say--i'm not sure how this will turn out but talk to him--express why you don't want the baby--maybe then he'll understand--it'll be hard but it's worth a shot--Good luck

I don't think you can....it's her body. I know, I know, this will get some people heated up because it doesn't just involve her body. But right now the law states that it is her body, and she, and only she has the right to make this decision.

Obviously considering you will have to risk doing irreparable damage to your body and miss work and go through labor it is your decision. Not fair to him but whoever said life was fair?

You could take her to court and get a lawyer to try to stop her, but unfortunately I don't think you can stop her.
