He's 12, kinda small and really smart. First the kids were hiding his stuff, now they're cornering him. I've met with the school, but it only made it worse. I want to know why it's ok for them to call him a cracker, but if it was the other way around it'd be racist?? Thinking about just telling him to catch the main culprit alone and stomping him until he gets the point, but in my experience they just come back with more friends. That's the problem. everytime they get into it, it's like 4 to 1.

He's gonna have to fight. Maybe he can get out of it, but I doubt it. Just tell him to kick one in the nads and hit another in the throat. It's mean, but so is 4 to 1. Just be ready for the consequences. Screw those punks.

I've read your other answers to questions about Mexicans. You don't seem to like them anyway. Now to answer your question.

You should find out what happened to cause the problem your son is having and find out if it is just with Mexicans. I'm not saying your son caused the problem just sit him down and ask him what brought it on. Alot of kids are followers so if one child picks on your son others will follow. It's sad but true. I have seen alot of Mexican kids and white kids hanging out or playing together on playgrounds and they don't pick on each other unless there is an instigator. It's not right that your son, the victim, should be removed from school. Those picking on him should be.

Does your son have an elitist attitude with the Mexicans? I bet that would account for their picking on him. what are your views on Mexicans? If they are anything like so many others on this site, I would tend to believe that this is the problem.

I once had a problem with a really tough girl when I was that age. She always tried to pick a fight with me because I used to look at her a lot. Finally I stood up to her and told her that I was looking at her because I thought she was very pretty and that I was sorry if it bothered her. she became my friend.

By the way, what's a cracker? Get your son some self-defense classes. If that doesn't work, your son could always pepper spray them.

Report it to the police, if they still keep harrassing your kids, get an attorney and sue the kids parents.
Make sure you let the media know you are sueing them and why.
Unless you let everybody know the cops, or the parents wont do anything, your screwed.

he has to react in a civil matter; non-violently. i'm 12 also, and i understand what has happened to your son because most of the black children in my class make fun of caucasian people (and every body else), which is idotic. tell your son to contact an adult when he is being insulted, for the person who walks away is the true winner.

Tell the school that if they don't do something that you are going to the school board. The school is supposed to protect ALL of the students. In the meantime, teach your son to fight and tell him that he has to take up for himself. Teach him that fighting is the last resort, but if it comes down to that.............

does ur son have friends? if he duz, then next time those other kids pick on him, his friends should be around. that'll probably stop him cuz it sounds like theyre pickin on him, cuz ur son's by himself. if ur son doesnt have any friends, it might be for a reason....n maybe theres a reason why those "mexicans" are bullyin him....
