Implantation can occur 6-12 days after conception... the average is 7-10 days.

Once implantation occurs, your body will begin producing the HCG hormone. This can then be detected in sensitive home pregnancy tests about 4-5 days after implantation.

If an egg was fertilized, implantation (when the embryo implants to the lining of your uterus) happens, on average, about 7 days past ovulation. It can happen as early as five days past ovulation or as late as twelve days past ovulation.

Early signs of Pregnancy:

Nausea/vomiting
Headache
Food cravings
Heightened sense of smell
Missed period
Backache
Crampy
Extreme fatigue
Tender/swollen breasts
Frequent trips to the bathroom

These signs can appear as soon as implantation or anytime after, each woman is different! Some women have all of these, some have a few and some women don't have any signs.
Good Luck!

Implantation will take aproximately 7 days from the day of fertilization. Usually women ovulate on the 14th day of the menstrual cycle. After ovulation (release of egg cells) the egg waits in the fallopian tube for aproximately 12 to 24 hours to be fertilized. Once it is fertilized it travels the fallopian tube for 3 days then it enters the uterus then waits another 3 days before it implants on the walls of the uterus. This whole process occurs in approximately 7 days.

Hope I could help.

First, You have to have your implantation procedure done at the optimal time. The egg is only viable for about 24 hours, but, the sperm can live in the reproductive tract for 72+ hours. This means that you can get pregnant in a much larger window than thought. Implantation prior to ovulation can and often does result in pregnancy, as well as implantation at the point of ovulation.
The best time to conceive is during ovulation or the 1-2 days prior to it. The newly released egg is fertile for 12-24 hours, and it is essential that you get into the routine of knowing your cycle so you can tell your doctor. Although the opportunity to conceive is a larger with the life span of sperm, the time span of ovulation is small so be very aware of your cycle to insure a successful procedure.

Usually about a week or so after ovulation- fertilization, depending on how long your cycle is, and where in that cycle you ovulate. The Ovum remains in the fallopian tube growing in size until its large enough to anchor inself to the uterine wall.
