Authenticity normally describes uniqueness, quality and a sense of specialirity (Now that is an authentic word! lol)

An authentic person is someone who knows him/herself and is true to his/her beliefs, convictions, and is secure enough to give fully of him/herself without losing themselves.
An authentic relationship would be similar - only that they accept each other for who they are and work with each other to keep things real and true.

Simple...authentic is nothing much more than.....being real or justified to be real.
So an authentic relationship would simply be a relationship that is genuine or real.
