I am 31 wks pregnant and I have been going to the bathroom constantly every 30 45 mins. I also feel like I need to poop all the time but I don't. What does this mean?

Means you are pregnant!
It's the baby putting pressure on your intestines and bladder! Completely normal!

It just means the baby is growing and starting to push lower in the uterus. I am 35 wks pregnant and feel like that all the time. Don't worry. It's normal.

If you were able to look at a picture of our body from the side, you would see that your once round bladder is now flat like a pancake underneath your uterus as well as your rectum that once looked like a long oblong shaped thing is now squished down...there is a lot of pressure toward your end at the end...that's all, it's totally normal, it just means you're getting closer, running out of room--it is only going to get more uncomfortable...soon, your pubic bone will feel sore as well.

it means your baby is growing and its pushing against your bladder making less room in there and pushing on your bowels making you feel like you have to go.
welcome to the most uncomfortable part of pregnancy, its all over in 9 weeks, hang in there.

Constipation is normal in pregnancy and you always have to pee because the baby is sitting on your bladder, squeezing it so that it cannot hold as much. This is all normal.

This comes from lots of pressure. This will continue until delivery. Dont worry, there is nothing wrong.
