Best way is to use a WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get) editor. This will eliminate the need to write code. Then you will have to upload it somewhere, often your ISP will actually allot a certain amount of space in which you can host a site.
Another route is to set up an Apache server which is free server software which you can use to host your own site on the 'net. This will be a bit more involved though.

You can make a free webpage on:
Geocities
&
Angelfire
Just search on a 'search engine' for 'build+a+free+webpage'(+ symbols makes it only look for websites that contain all those words.) or 'free+webpage'

YOu can take a free webspace from a provider . Then start writing some html flash , java script codes to create your page or instead of it you can use programs like frontpage or others to create your own page .

sign up for a free site on freewebs.com,
it has no ads or popups.
do you have any html experience? if not, learn html (there are tons of html tutorial sites out there, bound to help you!)
there are basic tags to learn, like how to make links LINK
images
and theres a ton of font codes to change fonts.
you can learn how to use iframes, div layers, tables, image maps, and more.
good luck, if u need help email me..
i have a site, www.fruitflava.tk, in the process of moving it to a new host.. .tk isnt really working out for me...
too many ads and they even placed a redirection page before accessing the actual site. its really bad, i wouldnt suggest using it as a url redirector.
hope this helps!

The quickest, least complicated, maximum inexpensive thank you to create an internet site is utilising geocities that's obtainable on the Yahoo! menu. they have the two clean pages and templates. Yahoo! could make it easier to get a internet site call in case you like your website to be obtainable to seek engines.

Do you need web design software included or not?
Yes: Yahoo allows its members to build basic websites.
No: I use AwardSpace, and am happy with it so far. Near 100% uptime, pretty fast, and no ads.
