Engines are not normally interchangable between frame types. The previous answer of visit the dealer will only get you the sales pitch for a new bike, and be told it is impossible to change engines. Vist a local custon bike shop, or if you are lucky enough see if they can direct you to someone who does motorcycle speciality machine work. There are many motorcycle salvage yards around, on the Internet, you should be able to find in your area, who can supply, or find you an engine. Most likely they will know some reputable shop who can do the work. Remember, most anything can be done, if you can pay for it. Machine work and welding is expensive, but a good shop CAN do/make anything you can imagine, a bad shop can leave you with a heap of junk, and a flat wallet. Look around, ask questions, see some of their work.

Cheers,

Tomcotexas.

If you are determined to stick with that bike take tomcotexa's advice, sounds like he knows what he's talking about you will have so much money in it you'd be better off to go buy a good used Harley.

For rice burners you'd be doing best to talk to a dealership and see what they have that will fit on your frame.
