Perhaps you mean cope. If so, then yes. Though it depends on the individual, obviously. I know of Haitians living in London, but not personally. I did a search on the internet but could not find evidence of an organisation for Haitians in the UK. The USA is a more likely, and popular, destination for Haitians than the UK, of course.

London is very multicultural, so a Haitian should not experience severe culture shock, although things will seem different here, and in so many ways. There are plenty of people here who will speak a creole similar to yours (from St. Lucia and Dominica), and these days there are many people from Francophone Africa (like DR Congo and Togo).

What do you mean by coop? If you mean live than yeah diffinately as long as everything is done legally anyone can live here!
