I just watched Posiedon and it was yet another tripe rehash of everything previously done. Along with remade movies such as 'Charlie and the chocolate factory, Oceans 11, 13 ghosts and Oliver twist' this is really starting to annoy me. Do you have any good movie ideas?

yer, the remakes suck especially compared to the originals, I don't watch movies anymore because they just aren't original. I wish someone would write a decent movie and send it to some Hollywood director or something, save us all a lot of boredom.

First of all, it isn't that easy. Scrips need to be submitted to festivals and win awards and if they are lucky they will be pick up by a production company and filmed. A lot of the time, however, scripts are bought and then put of the shelf and forgotten about. If they aren't submitted to festivals, then they are sent directly to production companies and then later read by film students doing an internship (half of the time). You have to have a really good name as a screenwriter in order to get your film made.

You're just picking really stupid movies to watch. I'm not going to write good movie scripts simply because you can't look a little harder at Blockbuster. :)
Try Kiss, Kiss, Bang, Bang, Inside Man, Dear Frankie, or In America for some really killer movies.

If you want some good movies, try to avoid the Hollywood blockbusters. Normally works for me.

I watch a lot of foreign films mainly films from the far east, Japanese, Chinese, Corean. So far i haven't been dissapointed.
